Rotimi Edu holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.He has since been involved in active legal and insurance practice. He is vast in commercial law practice and has over the years made his mark in the real estate sector. He has wide experience in land matters which includes registration and perfection of title, embracing arbitration procedures in land matters.A seasoned insurance practitioner and lawyer, he is vast in insurance law practice and has consulted on several knotty claims for clients and insurance companies in areas of life, general and liability insurance including health insurance/ health management cases.He is a member of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, he is the President, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), he was a former member of the Governing Council of Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH), former President, Lagos Lawn Tennis Club (LLTC), and member, Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industries. Adebola O. Lema holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws Degree from the Universities of Benin and Lagos respectively. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.He has since been in active legal practice. He joined T.B. Akinyeye & Co. in October, 2003 where he immersed himself in commercial law practice, advocacy, civil and commercial litigation both at the courts of first instance and the appellate courts. He rose to become head of chambers in 2004 and he remained in that position until he eventually left the firm in July 2006.He has unalloyed flair for advocacy and this explains his elevation to the position of head of chambers in the firm of T.B. Akinyeye & Co. within one year of joining the firm. He has undertaken an extensive study and commentary on the Lagos State (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019 and has obtained favourable judgments in many landmark cases.He was Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) from 2014 to 2015). He was a member of the critically acclaimed Technical Committee on Conference Planning of the NBA in 2017. Stephen O. Obajaja holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Benin and Lagos respectively. He was called to the Nigerian bar in the year 2003.He has since been in active legal practice. He was with Kalaro & Kalaro between September 2003 and May 2004 from whence he joined the firm of Mbanugo Udenze & Co. where he was from May 2004 to August 2005 before branching out with three of his colleagues to start the law firm of Conquest: Cradle Du Codes where he was pioneer managing partner from August, 2005 to August, 2006.He has varied experience in forensic advocacy especially in the areas of commercial litigation practice and criminal defense.He is also experienced in corporation law and company secretarial practice. He regularly advises on Nigerian companies, corporate structures, shareholder rights and other corporate governance issues, including mergers and acquisition, corporate restructurings, divestitures, schemes of arrangement and reconstruction.He was elected Secretary of the NBA in 2015 to 2017. He was a member of the Local Organising Committee of the Annual General Conference of the NBA which held in Lagos in 2017.
